We collect information when you place an order in our shop.
During your visit to the site, we monitor :
- Products you have seen: we use these to display products you have recently seen, for example.
- Location, IP address and browser type: we use these to estimate taxes and delivery charges.
- Delivery address: we'll ask you to enter this so that we can estimate delivery costs before you place your order, and send it to you!

HOW LONG YOUR DATA IS STORED

TRANSMISSION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Visitor comments can be checked using an automated service to detect undesirable comments.
We accept payments via PayPal. When payments are processed, certain data will be transmitted to PayPal, including information required to complete the payment, such as the total amount or billing information. You can consult the Paypal privacy policy for more details.
We also accept credit card payments via the Stripe extension. By using this extension, you can store personal data or share data with an external service. Read Stripe's privacy policy
Apart from these services, any personal data that we may collect is exclusively intended for Jade Concept to enable you to benefit from the services offered by the site. You provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when you enter it yourself. You will then be informed whether or not you are required to provide this information. This is the case when you fill in the online form in the "contact" section.
SAFETY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in an inappropriate manner. We use secure protocols for communication and data transfer (such as HTTPS). We monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and attacks.
Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee total security of information. However, we undertake to inform the competent authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything reasonably possible to prevent security breaches and to assist the authorities in the event of a breach.
