Returns and refunds policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to consult our refund and returns policy.
The following conditions apply to all products purchased from us.

The Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this contract) refers to SAS DROSS CONCEPT, 10 Avenue du Souvenir Français, 13210 Saint-Rémy de Provence.
The Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders are requests from you to purchase Goods from Us.
The Service refers to the Site.
The Site means verrebeldi.fr, accessible from https://verrebeldi.fr.
You means the natural person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that natural person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be.
Rights to cancel your order
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, our products do not benefit from the following conditions no right of withdrawalThey are handmade, fragile and non-standardised.
No returns or refunds will be accepted whether the product delivered conforms to the order.
However, if the items arrive broken or non-compliant to your order, we undertake to refund you in full.
If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, enclosing the following documents photos of the parcel and any damaged or faulty products.

We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment you used to place the order, and you will not be charged for the refund.
Return conditions
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- The product arrived broken.
- The product received does not correspond to the one ordered.
Conditions for the return to be accepted:
- Claim made within 7 days following receipt.
- Unused products in their original original packaging.
- Proof of photo required.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases :
- Products as ordered.
- Subjective reasons (change of mind, personal taste, etc.).
- Promotional items.
- Products unsealed, used or damaged after receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return of goods
You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods. You must send the Products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost products on return. We therefore recommend an insured and tracked courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.
Gifts
If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the author of the gift had the order shipped to give to you later, we will send the refund to the author of the gift.
