Rights to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment you used to place the order, and you will not be charged for the refund.
Return conditions
In order for the Products to be returned, please ensure that :
Products purchased in the last 14 days
the products are in their original packaging
The following products cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items, depending on their nature.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Only normal-priced goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Return of goods
You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods. You must send the Products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost products on return. We therefore recommend an insured and tracked courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.
Gifts
If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the author of the gift had the order shipped to give to you later, we will send the refund to the author of the gift.
